The Liverpool Business and Property Court Forum (LBPCF) are delighted to confirm that on 17 July 2025 Waksman J, the judge in charge of the Technology and Construction Courts,  will speak in Liverpool at a TCC event in association with the  Liverpool Business and Property Court Forum on the topic  ‘Litigating Building Safety – have we got it right?’
