In part one Graham Sellers (barrister at Exchange Chambers) will examine recent changes to the Companies Act 2006. This session will provide insights into recent changes at Companies House and to the Companies Act reforms.
In part two Dr John Tribe (University of Liverpool) and members of the Government’s Insolvency Service will explain the new Directors’ Information Hub. This new tool for company directors provides a source of material for the day to day management of a company.
