On Monday the 16th of October 2023 Mr Justice Foxton delivered a lecture entitled, “The Beatles and the Law”. The lecture was both informative and humorous. Sir David Foxton took the audience through a number of cases that related to the Beatles and their litigation history. Thoroughly researched the lecture had something for the lawyers who were present as well as the Beatles scholars who had come to hear the lecture.
The lecture was delivered in conjunction with the Liverpool Business and Property Court Forum (LBPCF) and the University of Liverpool’s School of Law and Social Justice, which is celebrating its 130 year anniversary.
