The latest statistics for the Liverpool Business and Property Court on Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) hearings for 2023 have been produced.
Of the 15 (fifteen) ENE hearings listed before the Liverpool Business and Property Court District Judges in 2023, 13 (thirteen) were attended by both parties, and of those 9 (nine) settled at the ENE hearing.
This equates to a settlement rate of 70%, Directions were given in the remainder of the cases.
